Thursday Menu

Howard Bowers Welcome Reception – Pacific Ballroom

  • Mediterranean display: lemon grilled chicken, roasted mushrooms, olives, roasted zucchini, peppers, pesto roasted prawns, hummus, cracked pepper crusted pita chips
  • Fresh Vegetable display: crisp seasonal vegetables with green chile cilantro dip
