Kristy Bowers

Kristy Bowers working life began in education. After a couple of years, she moved on to the world of retail, working with products ranging from art supplies to clothing to groceries. She fell in love with the fast-paced grocery industry. Kristy’s grocery experience includes both the conventional and the cooperative sector, where she served as Boise Co-op’s general manager. She joined NCG in 2019 and works with co-ops across the east coast and beyond, helping co-op staff improve operational and financial performance. Originally from Washington state, Kristy now resides in North Carolina.
