Gina Ferendo (she/her) is the Store Service Manager at the Belfast Community Co-op. She works closely with Store Operations to create a holistic retail experience, one that incorporates the Co-op’s values into every decision that is made on the sales floor. Her goals for a positive customer experience are met through worker training and education, a focus on consistency and safety, and an overarching concern for the community. She started at the Co-op in 2017 and prior to that was in the health and wellness field. She is currently an MBA student at Husson University and holds a BS in Environmental Management from the University of Rhode Island.
