LeeAnne is the Director of Human Resources with the BriarPatch Food Co-op in Grass Valley, CA for the past 7 years. Before joining BriarPatch, she served as the Director of HR and Risk Management for the YMCA of the East Bay for 11 years in the multifaceted communities of the SF East Bay and Oakland. LeeAnne has 30 years’ experience in HR leadership with a focus on employee relations, California labor law and leadership coaching. She is also the mother to three boys and many, many companion animals of all kinds, living with her family on a little farm on Banner Mountain in Nevada City, CA.
