We believe that caring for our collective wellbeing is just as important as the knowledge we share. Throughout the conference, we invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and take time for yourself with our lineup of wellness activities designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Daily Activities
Restore & Rest: Gentle Yoga with Sound Bowls
Friday & Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Torcello & Burano, Hotel Murano
Restore & Rest: Gentle Yoga with Sound Bowls is designed as the perfect antidote to a full conference day—an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Through gentle, supported postures, mindful movement, and extended rest, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation. This practice emphasizes comfort and ease, helping to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space for both physical and mental restoration.
As you settle into stillness, the experience is enhanced by the soothing vibrations of sound bowls. Their resonant tones wash over the room, deepening relaxation and supporting a meditative state that allows stress to melt away more fully.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged—ready to return to the conference (and your daily life) with a renewed sense of calm, clarity, and presence.
Services provided by Tuladhara Yoga. Tuladhara will provide 30 yoga mats for participants. If you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.
We are not offering registration, yoga participation will be on a first come, first served basis.
