We believe that caring for our collective wellbeing is just as important as the knowledge we share. Throughout the conference, we invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and take time for yourself with our lineup of wellness activities designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Rejuvenation Space
Overlooking the vast, calming waters of Lake Superior, the Rejuvenation Space offers a serene, silent retreat from the bustle of the conference. This is a space for quiet contemplation—no talking, just being.
Surrounded by the grounding presence of earth elements and the gentle rhythm of the lake, attendees are invited to reconnect with themselves through simple, intentional wellness activities. Engage in reflective art-making, draw strength from affirmation cards, or center yourself with a guided meditation deck. Each element is thoughtfully chosen to support rest, mindfulness, and inner clarity.
Let the stillness of the lake and the softness of the space invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself.
